Remarks & Notes

The engineer eases RJC-02 to 10mph through Belford. Track conditions across the RJCP system were less than ideal at this time, heat caused numerous kinks on all of the Pa Lines' subdivisions. Mother nature then struck again in the form of rain, causing multiple washouts on the Cresson Sub and Cherry Tree Sub.
