The Standard is not the Standard. My friends know that although I have caught quite a few wide cab SD70s, I have been trying unsuccessfully to catch a standard cab SD70 for awhile now. In fact, I have felt like Captain Ahab or King Arthur in Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail. Finally, today, though, I heard that this standard cab SD70 was leading NS 191 to Augusta, GA, and I managed to catch it near Lexington, SC as it headed down the Southern/NS R-Line.
