0-8-0 cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704 was turned on the manualy operated turntable of Furka DFB station and head of project of the rebuilding of this "gem", Jakob Knöpfel, is lining the switch so the locomotive is able to run back to the train. In the cab is young fireman T.H. visible. On the right the portal of the 1874 meter long Furka summit tunnel, opened in 1925 and going to Muttbach-Belvedere in the Valais.
