In a timeless scene, Strasburg Railroad’s 2-10-0 90 “takes on water” (apparently the water spout is just for show) on a beautiful February afternoon in 2013. The engine, one might notice, is dolled up for a Lerro Productions Charter complete with her 1960s appearance and lettering for then owner, the Great Western Railroad of Loveland, CO. Though the weather did not cooperate for the charter 90 looked stunning in the afternoon light the day before the charter.
