FURX 5551 pulls a solid sized train down the old NYC in Paris, IL to serve the mill and eventually some businesses on the south end of this line. Paris used to be a pretty big railroad town with two lines coming in from the west, one from the north and east (still exists to this day), and two from the south. Nowadays, it is the sole operation of the Decatur & Eastern Illinois Railroad that conquers the area.
