Remarks & Notes
On christmas eve the iconic double red arrow "Churchill-Pfeil" RAe 4/8 # 1021 of the SBB, built in 1939, is ready for departure in Zürich main station for a nightly Christmas round trip via Dietikon-Killwangen-Würenlos-Regensdorf-Bülach-Eglisau to Schaffhausen, and back via Andelfingen-Winterthur-Wallisellen to Zürich. The vehicle is decorated with LED light stripes for this journey.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
