Don't take it for granted. When the State of Connecticut elected to paint four P32s in the "McGinnis" paint scheme, railfans and historians were elated that the tradition was continuing. But as its BL20s and GP40-3Hs have been painted in the new "Coke Zero" CT Rail colors, one can only wonder how much longer they will hold out. On Monday, May 25, 2020, MTA Metro-North Railroad Train 8843 featured P32AC-DM 228 (New Haven Heritage) as it approaches milepost 45 near the Bear Mountain Bridge.
