Nickel Plate 2-8-4 No. 765 ducks under the well known and oft photographed former DL&W signal bridge in Elmhurst Township, PA. The excursion, known as the Phoebe Snow Special, ran to the Delaware Water Gap and return, and took place over the Labor Day Weekend during Steamtown's Railfest event in 2015.
