Remarks & Notes
An empty out of Osceola, AR, from the Plum Point Energy plant, works eastbound on the Hannibal Sub near Helton. The train is about 10 miles from the next crew change point at West Quincy. Surprisingly the train had couple old veteran white MACs helping the cause (3x1 DP'd). Coal trains bound for the St. Louis Gateway or south of there use this Hannibal Sub. Trains come off the Ottumwa Sub at Burlington, IA, and follow the mighty Mississippi River towards STL.
