Never Forget. CSXT 911 "Spirit Of Our First Responders" (ES44AH) emerged from the railroad's Huntington Shops in its new paint scheme in April of 2019. Written on the the back of the engine is “Never Forget….New York City/Washington, DC/Somerset County, PA” in memory of the attacks of September 11, 2001. On January 15, 2022 CSXT 911 led train I010-14 as it passed over the Lehigh Valley Railroad/Upper Bay Lift Bridge from Bayonne, New Jersey to Newark, New Jersey, with the New York City skyline in the background. Just above the engine is the 1,776 foot tall Freedom Tower, erected in the wake of the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11/01.
