Marble Hill, Manhattan. MTA Metro-North Railroad GP35R 103 (ex-Conrail, exx-PC 2251, née-PRR 2310, 11/1964) leads P32AC-DM 228 (New Haven Tribute) with a disabled “maxi-bomb” (7 car) set around the curve at Marble Hill in New York, New York. The set is being transported from Stamford, Connecticut to the Croton Harmon Shops for repair. In the background is a former New York Central power sub station and “BN” Yard. In the foreground, the conduit has been added in recent year as part of storm mitigation related work. Marble Hill is in fact part of the borough Manhattan and county of New York as the Harlem River was redirected by the Army Corps of Engineers but the land's geographic designation has never changed.
