Airport Arrival.
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) 700-series no. 0774 (Siemens, 2007-2009) is the lead motor on an inbound Blue Line train, erroneously signed for Wonderland, seen arriving at Airport Station. On this particular weekend, Blue Line service was truncated to the Airport due to ongoing trackwork west of the station. This train would arrive, board passengers, and depart using hand-throw switches east of the station.
The MBTA is very dear to me. The first trains I ever rode as a toddle to teenager were those of the "T" Here is a collection of MBTA Subway and trolley I have found on RP from the 60's thru today.
