Remarks & Notes
Domes Over The Crooked Bridge. The sun was bright but the temps were reasonable on Saturday, May 27, 2023, when Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/slpr 313 (WEBX 801044) and former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045) became the first private cars to travel on the Amtrak Adirondack since the pandemic started. The train is passing over the famed "Crooked Bridge" on the former Delaware and Hudson Railroad (D&H) near Keeseville, New York adjacent to Willsboro Bay. The cars will go to Montreal, Quebec before returning to Albany a few days later.
