On a rare, beautiful morning during a summer otherwise filled with wildfire smoke and flooding rains, a CSX manifest heads east through Palatine Bridge, NY. On the left is the Mohawk River, and in the background is Lock 14 of the Erie Canal. Fog off the river is typical during early mornings in the Mohawk Valley and adds to the scene.
