A New Dining Car. Passing over the Ramapo River in Oakland, New Jersey on Saturday, December 9, 2023, Dining Car Society's ex-Ringling dorm car RRBX 42010 was part of the Operation Toy Train consist this weekend as DCSX 42010. According to the group, the dorm car is being transformed into a commissary and crew quarters to be used with Lackawanna 469 and reportedly will be finished in 2024.
