Abundance Of Phase V. The scene at during the construction of high level platforms and other upgrades at the Albany-Rensselaer, New York Station was crowded on October 16, 2015. Today, all 18 Amtrak P32s are painted in Phase III and both platforms at ALB are lengthy, high level, ADA accessible structures.
