Just a few minutes after sunset on a frigid January evening, a Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Railroad local is working customers in one of the industrial parks south of downtown. The railroad has a unique roster of locomotives, with this crew using Relco built L4-1500XD-M locomotive paired with a S4-143 Yard Slug.
