Heat Waves At Hall. NJ Transit Train 75 is about to take the curve at HALL near the Campbell Hall, New York Station on January 23, 2021 with NJTR GP40PH-2 4109 (née CNJ 3677, GP40-P, EMD, 10/1968). When using longer telephoto lenses, sometimes the exhaust and heat produced by the locomotive will blur the background in the photo, but the reflection of the headlights on the rails more than compensates for the effect on this winter day.
