| Wrap Around Photo. Union Pacific Railroad 2528 (ES44AC-H/C45AH) leads a robust six-pack of power through Coal Creek Canyon approaching Blue Mountain Drive in Aravada, Colorado on July 28, 2020 with a lengthy train of empty Herzog ballast gondolas. This area is filled with endless possibilities of different angles for photos as the track twists and turns from the tunnel just out of view and through the Big Ten Curve ahead. Trailing DPU UP 7388 (ES44AC/C45ACCTE) is just above the leading locomotive in the photo about 4/10 of a mile away as the crow flies but almost a mile by track. |
