With a reddish light from a school yard providing backgound illumination through the pea soup fog, the ABS signal at the west end of Knighsen glows red as an eastbound approaches, and shoots its beam through the small water droplets floating in the chill air.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
Photos by some of the best railroad still photographers in North America. These photographers must have a significant impact on the art form and have been shooting (or shot in the past) for at least 10 years.
