These are the controls of locomotive No. 97. They are what a newbie engineer uses for the first time with the Valley Railroad's "Your Hand On The Throttle" program. I believe the Valley was the first to offer the opportunity for would-be railroaders to finally get the chance to run a steam locomotive. I have done it myself and I can't recommend it more highly.
