An engineers view of the Rockville Bridge.. Local was enroute from Enola, PA to Steelton, PA and is the lifeline for the Arcelor Mittal steel mill in Steelton. Upon arrival, the train will be interchanged to the Steelton & Highspire Railroad for final destination..
