A room with a view.. Enroute to Institute from Nitro to switch local industries, the evening shifter passes Diehl's Restaurant, a well established country style diner frequented by many locals. Opened since 1960, these very windows have seen the passing of New York E units, Penn Central Geeps, Conrail SD's, and today's modern day NS power.
