Station stop: Alna Center, ME. Alna Center Station Agent Ed Lecuyer observes the arrival of a late afternoon freight from Albion, which is bearing supplies for several local farmers. Shortly, he and railroad courier Stewart Rhine will transload the time-sensitive shipments to a company truck, which will deliver them to the customers before dark. This little flash-back to the early 1930s was brought to you by the dedicated volunteers of the Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum, in Alna, Maine.
