Remarks & Notes

West Carrolton is south of Dayton on the New York Central later Penn Central ,Conrail and today Norfolk Southern line. It was the former Big 4 line between Dayton and Cincinnati. When Conrail came to be EL equipment was seen very frequently between Dayton and Cincinnati. 3323 is heading towards Dayton. The building in the background was razed to the ground in 2016.
