It's getting later, the sun is slowly going down, as this westbound manifest approaches two photographers positioned in the wide open space of Aubrey Valley at Pica, Arizona.
The Aubrey Valley is home to a population of endangered black-footed ferrets, that were reintroduced in 1996. The species was considered extinct in the wild in 1987, but they were rescued by a captive breeding program. At the beginning of the 90's started the reintroduction in the wild.
Traction of the train was provided by some BNSF-engines, a NS unit and a CP unit.
