| Returning from a morning run over the Sierra, Union Pacific's 'lead' spreader set slips through the curves just west of Truckee, Union Pacific's home base for snow operations on Donner Pass. The two rebuilt Jordan Spreaders (SPMW 4031 and 4032) bookend a pair of former SP snow service GP38-2s; UP 589 and 604. |
