"One Section Done, Three to Go" Contractors have just finished removing the tabs from one of four sections of the iconic Departure Board at New York Pennsylvania Station. Once all of the tabs are removed, the cutting process will begin. As part of a modernization program, large flat screens were installed throughout the Amtrak concourse months before to replace the board. The official shutdown time for the departure board was 2224hrs (10:24PM), 1/23/17
