California's exceptionally wet winter is, by early March, beginning to yield colorful dividends as Amtrak Pacific Surfliner #768 passes through the United States Marine Corps' Camp Pendleton as it makes it way from Goleta to San Diego. Amtrak F59PHI 451 is leading the train on March 7, 2017.
