A pair of A&O GP38-2s (3806/05) poses at Buckhannon on a sweltering September morning. As a gentleman at their little diesel shop told me, "it's too hot to run trains, we'll have some activity tonight..." These units were sent from parent Paducah & Louisville, and patched up with A&O diamonds retaining their former P&L numbers, allowing several GMTX lease units to be returned.
