Remarks & Notes

It would be hard to imagine how different this location would look in the future when I took this photo of CNW 8509 leading a coal train at Reno Jct. WY in May of 1991. The small depot is gone and there are many more tracks, plus a loadout facility dominates the background. Too bad 8509 seems to have been delivered pre-faded from the factory. It eventually became CN 2008.
