| Built for the Belt Railway of Chicago, GMTX EMD GP38-2 No. 2109 idles in rural south central West Virginia on the old Winifrede Railroad. The locomotive is used to shuffle coal empties and loads between a load out and the CSX interchange at Chesapeake, W.Va. |
