A bridge on NS' New Castle District was recently replaced as it former concrete culvert-like bridge had snapped in two in the middle after many decades of service. There was previously a 25mph slow order until NS crews expertly replaced this bridge in just 24 hours; demolishing the old bridge structure took the longest about of time, according to crews on the ground.
