Vancouver's Pacific Central Station glows in the dark hours before dawn. Originally built in 1919 by the Canadian Northern Railway, the building was CN's Vancouver terminal until VIA took over CN and CP's passenger operations in 1979. Today the station serves VIA Rail, Amtrak, and Greyhound bus services.
