On May 18, 2015, Union Pacific EMD SD70ACe No. 4141 (George Bush 41) was in North Little Rock’s Jenks Shop paint both for some touch up work after installation of a new plow. The specially-painted EMD SD70ACe was masked off and given a fresh coat of a silver color used on the “Air Force One” colors, applied from the frame down. A paint shop employee masks off the rest of the locomotive to eliminate overspray on the unique paint scheme.
