Norfolk Southern exchanging cars at Weeksvile, Missouri. This is a rebuilt Dash 9-40C locomotive. This was the windiest conditions in which I have ever flown a drone. It was gusting to 40 mph. She handled it well, except for large swings in position, which were a little scary.
