Remarks & Notes
VANCOUVER WA Dec 16 2008 — Columbia Business Center GE 80-ton CBCX 102 is tied down on a delivery track south of a steel fabrication facility. The area is what used to be a Kaiser Shipyard. GE built the unit (b/n 32413) in February 1956 for The Pacific Lumber Co. (Scotia CA) as TPL 102. The unit was stored after the line shut down in 1977. The late Dick Samuels purchased the unit in late 1994 and he sold it to the business center. It is no longer in operation. My photo.
