Sweet to see the ex CP in service. Not sure if NREX upgraded this to a dash 2, but while it was on CP it was a straight SD40.

i looks like she is still as sd40 and u can also see the c on the nose a bit but nice to see she is not becoming BB40-2 ized in Brazil

5534 was actually a SD40-2 on the CP. It was also sold to the Bridge Line Divison (D&H) on April 1, 1993 after it was based out of Toronto.

Let's not forget that SD40s had Flexicoil trucks. This one has HT-C's, the type you'd see on a Dash 2. Good shot, although I must admit that the candy apple red is better than stealth grey.
