Wow I'm glad someone photographed this event! I remember I was at my friend's house who lives just up the hill (to the left in this pic) of these tracks..it's pretty common for us to hear trains go by, and I can even hear them from my house down in Barnhart... well we heard a bunch of loud clanging and banging and the house was even rumbling a little... we went down to inspect to see brand new Nissan trucks and twisted metal littered everywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't own a digital camera yet so i never thought to take pictures. But even now, you can still see where it happend as there's a large clearing in the trees where BNSF chopped a bunch down to help with cleaning efforts. But fortunately, they planted a bunch of new trees to recompensate that are still in the process of growing. Thanks for the pic!
