There are 2 diamond-shape hazardous materials markings, one white and one Orange on the sides of the load. Would be useful to know what they say.
Looks like nuclear fuel or waste, or some unstable chemicals requiring careful handling (maintenance of temperature and pressure), perhaps some rocket propellant or else...

A quick Google search comes up with this: "DRGW 80016 16-wheel 200-ton flat car with refrigerated cover for transporting Titan IV solid fuel rocket motor sections from Bacchus, Utah to Florida." That would explain the hazard placards and the big white box. Nice catch!

Joe LaMay provided the details, but the photo immediately brought to mind the yellow "rocket motor" flatcars that KCS brought into New Orleans (Michoud Facility).
