This engine was in very nice shape just before hurricane andrew. The Gold Coast Museum had two steamers. Hurricane Andrew did this to the 4-6-2 and it destroyed most of the museums stock. I have pictures of this engine and an SW that was in perfect condition. Last time I was there the SW was sitting in a filed without its trucks and totally destroyed. There was a caboose there too that had the whole roof section around the coupla torn open like you had put a giant can opener to it and all peeled back.
