Now this is sad. I sort of understand parting out the 3377 to keep the 3254 going, but their is no excuse to why 2929 is in the shape it is. Its incredibly rare (only two 4-4-4's left in North America) and should be looked after. A $150 paint job would add years to the locomotive and make it look way better.
