Yreka Western 100 is former Southern Pacific RDC-1 SP-10, originally purchased for Oakland, CA-Sacramento service. As SP-10, while operating on subsidiary Northwestern Pacific, it hit a lumber truck at a crossing, and one end was demolished as a result. Sacramento shops rebuilt the car with a blind end and a baggage door instead of a vestibule.
