Based upon the road number, the red signal light on the nose and the lack of the usual GE U-series air intake behind the cab, this is a former NJ Transit U34CH.

I'm surprised they never put ditch lights on it. Or did this engine remain in Mexico (and requirements are different down there) for most of its life after NJ Transit sold them?
