Great shot. Really captures the eerie, sad, decrepit mood of times past. This shot really makes me feel like I’m standing right there, outside of time, watching something great disappear right before me. Thanks for sharing.

Depressing? Which office would you prefer to work in for 30 years: Bethlehem Steel blast furnace or Microsoft Headquarters(with stock options)...we're a post-industrial society...therefore, as they say, get used to it.
Of course, I could be wrong. ;=)
