Is 250 an industrial loco these days? (any history on it?)

Well I found some history, BDLX B23-7 #250, former NS #4052, which was once Conrail 1959. See info at http://www.trainweb.org/crcorp/newsupdate.html. This unit was added to Pennsy Supply sometime in 2004. It will probably be around for a few more years.
