WOWO, a real beauty John! Storm light parallel to the tracks like that with a dark immediate forground and background is hard to find but on top of this amazing cloud break you framed in some dramatic sky up there too! All from a route 66 off the highway grab shot?!? Quote me, "Photo of the Week" for sure!
