This is the first and only "Bigboy" locomotive that I have seen in person. I first saw the locomotive in 1960, while I was attending the University of Denver. The locomotive was located at the old Forney museum, and was stored outside. It was in poor condition, yet it was still very impressive. I took my three sons many times to see "Bigboy. I followed the movement of this old locomotive to it's new location, quite a feat, and was pleased to see it now being stored inside. I am now 74 years old and I doubt that I will ever see one of these giants under full steam.
