Are you sure that is a C39-8? CSX numbered the C40-8's in the 7500-7649 number series and CW40-8's from 7650-7920+.
Plus the absence of the high roof feature that is located on the C39's would make me believe it is a C40-8. Not trying to be nit-picky.
