Posted by Bob Avery on October 19, 2006  I don't know whether it's authorised or not, but on photo 158074 you can see a guy on the roof of a train on the same line trying to collect fares! Also our group rode on this line on the roof of a railbus for some distance and no-one batted an eyelid!
